The documents below outline my Fantastic Heroes & Witchery adaptation for a high-medieval campaign, drawing on Arthurian literature, fairy tales, and local folklore; they present the classes, rules, and options used in this setting.
Centered in late 12th century Brittany, the tone is one of timeless high chivalry, perilous quests, and encounters with the uncanny.
Players may be ordinary humans, changelings (dwarves exchanged for mortal children), fairborn (the half-fey), or ogryn (the human–ogre breed).
The fae are huge part of this setting, so I highly recommend using Celtic Legends - Faeries & Spirits by Night Owl Workshop as a supplement along with my adaptations above.
